Completed in 2011, Ratnakara Villa is a five-bedroom luxury villa constructed on a hillside near Wawwa Beach in Dondra. It includes spacious open living areas, covered terraces and a 60-foot infinity pool overlooking the surrounding tropical landscape and Indian Ocean.
